Terms & Conditions – USNYORK Mobile Car Wash & Detailing
By booking a service through USNYORK.COM, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment
• All bookings must be made online or via phone at (917) 208-0858.
• Payments must be made in full upon completion of the service.
• Prices start at $79. Final price depends on vehicle size, condition, and services requested.
2. Customer Responsibilities
• Customer must provide a safe, legal, and accessible location for service (e.g., driveway or legal parking spot).
• Vehicle must be unlocked and accessible at the scheduled time.
• Please remove all valuables from the vehicle before service begins. USNYORK is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a $20 fee.
• Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before the appointment without penalty.
4. Weather Conditions
• Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to extreme weather (heavy rain, snow, etc.).
• You will be notified in advance and offered the next available time slot.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
• If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
6. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer
• Heavily soiled vehicles (e.g., excessive pet hair, mold, tar, etc.) may incur additional charges or be refused service.
• USNYORK will not be liable for pre-existing damage, faded paint, or wear-and-tear revealed during cleaning.
7. Liability
• USNYORK is fully insured. However, we are not liable for damages due to customer negligence, unsecured accessories, or environmental conditions at the service location.
